Birthday is fast approaching . . . .

Aubrey's 1st birthday is almost here. It is crazy to think that an entire year has passed. Last year at this time we were filled with anticipation about whether we were having a girl or a boy, when "Baby Stacy" would arrive, and all sorts of other questions. Now this year I am so very grateful to have a beautiful little girl as a part of our family. She is such a blessing and every day with her is a gift. She keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

This is picture was from an attempted "photo shoot" for her birthday invitations. Unfortunately she was sick and not feeling up to smiling. We used a different photo for her invitations, but I still think this is cute, it just shows that sometimes it is tough to be adorable on command.
